We attended the reunion for Bill's submarine, the USS Alexander Hamilton SSBN-617. He says the guys all looked older, but they told familiar stories. Other highlights included lunch is the mess hall on the submarine base and a tour of the USS Nautilus SSN-571 museum in Groton, CT. Then we traveled to Providence, RI to tour a Russian submarine that was used in the movie K19 Widowmaker. The sub was purchased on ebay for $2 million. The last evening was the banquet and auction to raise money for the next reunion in Oct '05.
