From Rome we took a train to Venice and found a very nice hotel just across the bridge from Venice. We fed the pigeons at Piazza San Marco, we crossed over the Rialto Bridge over the Grand Canal. We had a very romantic Gondola ride. We went on a tour boat to Murano and observed the world-famous glass blowers. After a couple of days we took an overnight sleeper train to Paris.
